I usually (i.e. never) reblog anything, which I guess means I’m more of a chronic “liker,” but I just had to say something about this. As a woman and as an American, I’ve been very disappointed in my country as of late. Many of the people in power have outrightly insulted and demeaned women, stripping them or their freedom to choose—a basic tenet of the “American” way of life—and diminishing their public and political status. Having seen this occur again and again over the past few months, perhaps I’ve just grown tired of the indifference that it often inspires in others. As a result, when I saw this “comic” it angered me greatly. Rape isn’t funny. It is completely stealing a woman’s dignity from her possession, along with a host of other terrible effects that I cannot even begin to understand. So, to see this on my dash, with so many likes and reblogs, I was shocked and disgusted. Putting “rape” in the tags next to words like “awesome” and “funny” should not be considered okay. I understand that humor can often be offensive and I understand that I may be taking too much out of this, but I felt that it was something that needed to be said, even if only for my own peace of mind.
Rant over.

This is one of the best websites I’ve ever found as far as Radiohead pictures are concerned. The site has compiled hundreds of great, high quality photos ranging from magazine layouts to more personal shots. I’ve already uploaded quite a few onto my own personal page, but there are way too many for me to even hope to share and I thought it best to give the link so Radiohead lovers can enjoy coming across some of the oddities that I had so much fun finding when I first combed through this website a while back. Sorry if you’re already well aware of this site, but I thought it well worth sharing. There are also loads of article scans and other great sections for those who are lucky enough to be able to read Russian. The creator obviously put a lot of love into it and for someone who is a glutton for great articles and a bit of a whore for beautiful and unique pictures, the labor is much appreciated.
